My name is Erika, and I am a Master Groomer with over 16 years of professional experience in the pet grooming industry. I am proud to be recognized as a Master Groomer in my region, a reflection of my long-term dedication, advanced education, and unwavering commitment to excellence in my craft.
I am also an internationally certified educator, having completed a Teacher’s Course in Malaysia, which has expanded my expertise and allowed me to mentor and educate groomers both nationally and internationally. In addition, I serve as a Texas Educator and representative for the Texas Pet Professional Groomers Association (TPPGA), where I support the growth, standards, and advancement of the grooming industry.
My specialty is modern, precision-based grooming, including advanced scissoring, coat sculpting, and breed-standard styling. I approach each groom as a form of artistry, enhancing the natural beauty and structure of every dog in my care.
Committed to lifelong learning, I have attended numerous grooming academies, seminars, and expos, and have competed in national grooming competitions since 2017, earning multiple awards for my work.
I am also a proud owner of two retired show dogs, including the Miniature Schnauzer—my specialty breed.
With an artistic eye, technical precision, and genuine compassion, I strive to ensure every dog not only looks its best but feels its best as well.
Bather
Meet my son, Emilio Briseño—my full-time assistant, bather, and partner in our mother-and-son grooming team.
Emilio has over 10 years of experience handling dogs, beginning at a young age alongside me. He also spent more than 5 years assisting in our mobile grooming business during summer breaks. Today he works with me full-time, helping care for every pup with patience, gentle hands, and compassion.
He assists with both small dogs and large dogs that are comfortable on the grooming table, helping make each appointment as stress-free as possible.
Outside of grooming, Emilio is also a talented photographer and is now booking family and pet photo sessions.
